Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Group Manager to lead application development and core engineering for its FX Technology Platform. The role owns the technical health, scalability, resilience, and evolution of a mission-critical, globally distributed platform; leads multiple application development teams; sets engineering standards and architecture direction; partners with business stakeholders; manages delivery, risk, production operations, disaster recovery, and regulatory controls; and develops senior engineering leaders across regions, including India. Candidates need 15+ years of relevant technology experience, 8–10+ years in senior engineering or technology leadership, strong enterprise and distributed engineering experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
