Description
State Street is hiring an Agentic Quality Engineering Lead (AVP) to lead the transformation of quality engineering through AI-powered testing, intelligent automation, and Agentic Engineering practices. The role will define enterprise testing and automation strategies, develop AI-enabled testing solutions, lead distributed QA and SDET teams, establish quality governance and risk controls for AI systems, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of software quality engineering experience, and 5+ years leading QA and Quality Engineering teams.
