Description
The Application Development Manager leads a software development team, develops technical vision for applications and software platforms, and ensures scalable, secure, high-performance solutions. The role covers software quality through code reviews, test automation, CI/CD, and monitoring; collaboration with internal stakeholders; and project delivery in an Agile environment. Candidates need a master's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of software development experience, at least three years of software development leadership experience, and expertise in modern software architectures, cloud platforms, APIs, DevOps, and technologies including .NET, React, SQL Server, AWS, Kubernetes, Python, and CI/CD.
