Consumer Direct Care Network is hiring a full-time Application Development Manager for a remote or hybrid role in the United States. The manager will plan, direct, and coordinate software development and data integrations; manage development teams; translate business requirements into functional software; establish development practices; support software troubleshooting; and provide application and technology consulting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent experience, at least four years of supervisory experience leading software development or related projects, and experience across the software development life cycle. The base salary is $140,000–$147,000 annually, and the employer does not provide visa sponsorship.
