Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst (Assistant Vice President) to design, develop, and maintain scalable middleware applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices. The role also requires Oracle, SQL, and MongoDB expertise, CI/CD and DevOps experience, and practical exposure to AI development tools and methodologies. Responsibilities include leading complex application development, optimizing database interactions, improving CI/CD and testing, mentoring engineers, researching AI technologies, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting production systems, and contributing to technical roadmaps. The position requires 7–12 years of relevant applications development experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
