State Street is hiring an Application Development Support Lead for the Record Keeping System (RKS) team in Princeton, New Jersey. The role is a senior hands-on technical lead responsible for supporting, debugging, reverse engineering, and resolving complex production, BUAT, and UAT issues in a large legacy C++ codebase running in a Windows/Visual Studio environment, with strong Oracle SQL/PL/SQL expertise and coordination across development, client support, onshore, and offshore teams. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and 5–10 years of C++ development experience; the role is full-time with a salary range of $100,000 to $167,500 annually and includes State Street’s benefits package.
