Description
Citi is hiring a Java Backend Developer for its Fixed Income Post Trade Feed/Straight Through Processing (STP) team. The role designs, builds, and maintains scalable, real-time, low-latency Java backend systems that capture, validate, enrich, and transmit trade data from execution through settlement. Responsibilities include exception handling, system resilience, code optimization, and collaboration with front, middle, and back office teams. The position requires at least five years of Java development experience, extensive microservices and real-time messaging experience, and knowledge of Java 8+, MongoDB, Oracle, OpenShift, Linux, and Solace. It is a full-time role with a stated salary range of $120,800 to $170,800.
