Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Manager in Jersey City, New Jersey. The role partners with multiple teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, resolve complex business and system-process problems, and guide application design and implementation. It requires 5+ years of applications development experience, full-stack subject-matter expertise, distributed caching and parallel computing knowledge, Agile and JIRA experience, software design-artifact preparation, and hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Oracle SQL, and code reviews. The position also advises mid-level developers and analysts, manages risk and compliance, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
