XNRGY Climate Systems is hiring an Application Engineer to develop technically sound HVAC and data center solutions, translate customer requirements into executable designs and production-ready documentation, and support the project lifecycle from bids and proposals through manufacturing and post-award support. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, 1–3 years of relevant experience, CAD and ERP knowledge, and strong technical documentation skills. It is based in Montreal with a hybrid work model and includes fully employer-paid medical and dental insurance.
