Description
The HVAC/Engineering Technical Support Specialist provides early-stage technical support and requirement clarification for business teams, prepares site data, system concepts, technical solutions, CAD drawings, engineering documents, and proposals, coordinates with Field and Engineering teams, and supports standardization and quality improvement for renovation projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, air-conditioning, or engineering-related fields, at least three years of HVAC, renovation, application engineering, or related experience, CAD drawing experience, engineering document preparation experience, project management and time-management skills, and basic English reading and technical communication ability.
