Description

CECO Environmental is seeking an Application Engineer to support its Industrial Water (IW) platform and market segment expansion in the Americas, primarily the USA. The role involves developing solutions and proposals for industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, working with various internal teams and external partners. The Application Engineer will interpret technical specifications, prepare proposals, develop cost-effective solutions, and provide post-award support through installation and commissioning.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering or equivalent experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of experience in application engineering and proposals for custom integrated industrial water & wastewater treatment systems including Aeration, Clarification, Disinfection, Filtration (Media and Membrane including Nanofiltration (NF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Ultrafiltration (UF)), Water Softening, Ion Exchange for Raw Water, Boiler Water, Cooling Water, Oily Water, Process Water, Produced Water, Ultrapure Water (UPW) and Wastewater treatment systems.
Experienced in taking influent water analysis and effluent water quality requirements and modeling solutions to meet End Customer’s Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Operating Expenditure (OpEx) goals.
