E Tech Group is hiring an Application Engineer (Proposal Manager) to lead Mission Critical Team proposals from bid review through submission and award handoff. The role coordinates proposal activity, customer requirements, estimates, schedules, pricing, commercial approvals, subcontractor quotes, and proposal reviews while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting submission and award handoffs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, at least five years of industrial automation experience, extensive proposal and estimating experience, MS Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills; MS Project experience is a plus.
