The Application Engineer will monitor and maintain goodBytz cooking robots remotely from Hamburg, analyze alerts and incidents, coordinate resolution with Engineering and Field Operations, document system data and solutions, develop automations and workflows, and communicate with customers and internal teams. The role requires a technical background, technical support experience, strong German and English skills, shift availability, and knowledge of Linux/Unix, containers, or server-based systems.
