Description
The Application Engineer will lead end-to-end web development and integration work for ServiceNow and other customer-facing applications, including custom scoped applications, agent interfaces, bi-directional microservice pipelines, performance analytics, testing, documentation, training, implementation, and ongoing support. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, four years of web-technology experience, ServiceNow integration experience, and experience with microservices and message-driven architectures. Preferred qualifications include server-side development, database experience, OAuth and secure credential management, and operational-agent experience.
