Description
Hamsa is hiring an Application Engineer, internally called an IT Operations Engineer, to build and own the foundation of its internal technology operations. The role focuses on AWS monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, IAM administration, cost monitoring, incident triage, run books, SOPs, user access provisioning, and collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, CISO, and CCO teams. It requires 3–5 years of Application Support or Systems Support experience, hands-on AWS operations, incident management, and compliance experience, with a plus for compliance-friendly IT practices, endpoint management, ServiceNow, and West Coast working hours.
