Holland Pump Company is hiring a full-time Application Engineer to develop, integrate, maintain, and automate software and engineering solutions supporting pump rental, dewatering, water treatment, fabrication, equipment design, and field operations. The role involves CAD and engineering-platform integration, mechanical and system design, equipment selection and sizing tools, ERP and CRM integrations, process automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and training. Candidates should have application development experience, strong CAD and mechanical-engineering knowledge, and familiarity with industrial equipment or pump systems; a relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.
