Description
The role leads the development and customer validation of 40V to 1200V GaN power products, including transistor, bidirectional switch, integrated power stage, and smart Power IC applications. Responsibilities include architecture decisions, reference and customer-specific design, schematics and layouts, hardware prototyping, electrical, thermal, EMI, and reliability debugging, product validation, application documentation, cross-selling, and mentoring. The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics, at least 10 years of experience in power electronics or wide-bandgap semiconductor applications, simulation and PCB design skills, and willingness to travel 30%.
