The role supports industrial bakery customers through technical sales, customer service, product-development requests, laboratory testing, production-line trials, bakery product development, demonstrations, and technical training. It also involves monitoring the baking market, gathering customer and competitor information, and providing solutions. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in food science or a related major, at least three years of technical bakery experience, baking technology and production-line knowledge, project coordination, and Chinese and English communication skills.
