Description
The Application Engineer will support customers with advanced monitoring and diagnostic solutions for high-voltage electrical assets, serving as the technical link between customers, sales, product management, and engineering. The role covers technical sales support, product demonstrations, field testing, installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, data analysis, customer training, and post-installation support. It requires a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical field, typically 3–6+ years of experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel internationally for customer visits and events.
