ST is hiring an Application Engineer in the Power Conversion area to design, develop, and validate complete power converter solutions for industrial, automotive, and datacenter infrastructure applications. The role involves creating demo boards, reference designs, digital solutions, control algorithms, and new intellectual property; supporting product definition, system-level testing, customer applications, and technical documentation; and collaborating with labs, customers, and internal stakeholders. Candidates need a relevant engineering master’s degree, power electronics and control theory knowledge, STM32 firmware experience, simulation and PCB skills, laboratory testing experience, and strong English proficiency. The expected gross annual salary is €35,000–€45,000 RAL plus variable pay.
