Description
The Applications Engineer provides advanced technical support for EDA physical design and placement-and-route tools, resolves complex customer issues, and leads PPA optimization initiatives. The role serves as a primary contact for key accounts, coordinates support across APAC, the United States, India, and other regions, contributes to market expansion, develops technical documentation, and mentors junior team members. Candidates need at least one year of physical design or related experience, strong EDA PnR tool expertise, customer project support experience, PPA optimization experience, English communication skills, and relationship-management ability.
