Description
The role provides Level 2 production support for banking applications, including application support and enhancement, problem investigation, root-cause analysis, solution development and implementation, impact analysis, and application health monitoring. It requires rotational 18-by-7 support with two days off, work in Cyberjaya, and knowledge of Java or .NET application platforms, Linux/UNIX or Windows Server, and MS SQL or Oracle databases.
