NASA Ames Research Center’s Code AF Software Facility is hiring experienced Python application developers to refactor airspace-management, simulation, and data-systems tools, integrate them with visualization and AI/ML platforms, and support deployments for Advanced Air Mobility Pathfinders and Air Traffic Management/Safety projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related engineering discipline, 3–5 years of Python application development experience, and expertise in microservices, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, containerization, cloud platforms, CI/CD, testing, and code review.
