Rolls-Royce Power Systems is hiring a permanent Application Engineer / Solution Owner (Mechanical) in Ruhstorf an der Rott, Germany. The role owns the end-to-end development of mechanical systems for decentralized power generation, including Genset assemblies for data centers, microgrids, and critical infrastructure. Responsibilities span tender and concept phases, engineering, detailed planning, design review, technical specifications, supplier coordination, component qualification, and customer support through installation, commissioning, and handover. The position requires a mechanical, mechatronics, process engineering, or comparable qualification, strong systems and requirement-engineering knowledge, English and German proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
