HYDAC is hiring an Application Engineer - Thermal Management to develop custom engine cooling systems for mobile and power generation applications. The role serves as a technical interface between customers, sales, and engineering teams; translates customer needs into system requirements; selects and validates HYDAC products; supports design reviews, DFMEA, and production programs; and delivers technical presentations and training. The position requires 2–3+ years of relevant experience, prefers a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, and involves 20–40% travel.
