Description
The Application Engineering Manager will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of Power, Analog and Converter “PAC” account support strategies for 93k products. This involves managing a team of application engineers to ensure customer support, test coverage, and meeting time-to-market goals. Key responsibilities include leading test program deployment, generating project plans, communicating effectively with stakeholders, defining and executing test strategies, overseeing hardware/software development, collaborating with various internal teams, monitoring KPIs, ensuring timely NPI support, managing ATE infrastructure, supporting root cause analysis, and leading team development.
