Horizon Systems is hiring a full-time Application Engineering Manager to lead its Application Engineering team and support sales growth through technical expertise, proposal development, customer engagement, and engineered-system solutions. The role oversees proposal accuracy and profitability, develops customer solutions, mentors application engineers, collaborates with sales, engineering, production, OEMs, and external sales representatives, and uses AutoCAD and related technologies. Required capabilities include technical leadership, problem-solving, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, project management, manufacturing and engineered-systems knowledge, and proposal and sales-support experience; CRM experience is a plus.
