Description
Synopsys is hiring a DDR/LPDDR Controller System Architecture Specialist to work directly with customer architects on DDR/LPDDR controller IP integration into complex SoCs. The role covers memory subsystem architecture, controller configuration, performance, power, validation, reliability, and interoperability trade-offs; translates customer requirements into product and R&D feedback; supports design-wins closure; develops technical guidance; and trains FAEs and customer teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and at least five years of experience in DDR/LPDDR architecture, memory subsystem design, SoC integration, silicon validation, systems engineering, applications engineering, or customer-facing technical leadership.
