Description
The Application Lead ensures the operational readiness, availability, performance, security, and evolution of radiocommunication applications used by civil-security users. The role manages change processes, translates user needs into functional requirements, plans development projects, coordinates stakeholders, sets up dashboards, adapts configurations, manages access requests, supports and trains users, and tests application modifications. It requires a bachelor's degree in information technology, at least eight years of information technology or telecommunications experience, one year of project management experience, one year of IT technician experience in project delivery, recent application-management experience, and an agile-type certification.
