This role involves providing Level 2/Level 3 Application Maintenance Support (AMS) for SAP Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) applications. The primary focus is on ensuring system stability and meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance. Key responsibilities include supporting core EHS functionalities such as Global Label Management (GLM) printing, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Product Marketability & Compliance, and Dangerous Goods Management. Additionally, the role entails managing incidents and problem resolution.
