Description
The Application Manager bridges business units, external partners, and IT by analyzing requirements, developing solution approaches, and steering the implementation of core enterprise applications. The role owns application lifecycle projects, modernization, replacement, and continuous improvement, with a focus on Atlassian environments (Jira and Confluence) and Enterprise Content Management with Doxis. Responsibilities include application governance, stakeholder and service-provider management, budget and license planning, and cost control. The position requires IT-related training, several years of application or IT project management experience, and strong business analysis, technical, communication, and decision-making skills. It offers a flexible home-office model and a collective agreement minimum gross annual base salary of EUR 47,547 for full-time employment.
