Application Manager – Database at International Systems Engineering (ISE), part of BAE Systems, is a full-time role in Riyadh for a Saudi national. The position combines people management, planning and strategy, operations management, reporting, and database application service oversight, including support for bids, resource forecasting, vendor coordination, compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivery of SQL Server and Oracle database-related services. The role requires 5–6 years of similar experience, preferably 2 years in people management, fluency in Arabic and English, and a bachelor’s degree in IT along with relevant technical certificates and knowledge of IT service frameworks.
