Description
HELPLINE is hiring an Application Manager to manage the day-to-day operations, availability, reliability, and performance of SaaS applications across procurement, finance, and logistics functions. The role coordinates Agile build activities, collaborates with Product Owners on requirements and enhancements, manages incidents, problems, requests, changes, deployments, service levels, suppliers, and contractual commitments, and establishes application governance. Candidates need a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree and at least five years of experience in this field.
