Description
The Application Manager will own the lifecycle of central IT solutions focused on business productivity, digital collaboration, information management, and process automation, with current emphasis on Microsoft 365 SharePoint and Atlassian JIRA. Responsibilities include application rollout and renewal, project support, operations and maintenance, change and release management, test management, requirements and technical specification development, user satisfaction, partner monitoring, and process improvement. The role requires an IT specialist qualification or comparable degree, several years of relevant experience, project management and negotiation experience, strong German and English skills, and the ability to motivate and communicate effectively.
