Description
Meta is seeking an Application Manager to own and transform its procurement application ecosystem across source-to-pay, vendor management, contract lifecycle, spend optimization, and related enterprise applications. The role defines multi-year application strategy, leads complex cross-functional technology programs, owns architecture and integration decisions, manages risk, security, compliance, application health, vendor partnerships, and user adoption, and contributes to building the broader Application Management organization. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience, at least 10 years of application management or enterprise technology experience with significant procurement or supply-chain systems experience, and at least 7 years of Oracle Fusion Procure to Pay experience.
