The role requires 2–4 years of enterprise application operations or IT support experience, familiarity with ITSM platforms and SaaS administration, and knowledge of ITIL 4, Microsoft 365, Azure Government, Microsoft Entra, FedRAMP, and related security and cloud concepts.
