Description
The Application Operations Engineer supports customer applications in day-to-day operations, analyzes technical topics, maintains monitoring, loads and validates databases, and coordinates with a data center partner. The role also supports shared environments, identifies process improvements, and contributes to professionalizing application operations. It requires strong technical knowledge of applications, databases, server environments, interfaces, configurations, and infrastructure, along with experience in application operations or a similar role, monitoring, log analysis, or fault analysis. German and English fluency are required, and the position offers a full-time collective agreement minimum gross salary of EUR 45,738.00 per year.
