The Application Owner owns and coordinates the operational delivery of the Field & Risk Services application ecosystem. The role combines product ownership, application/platform ownership, and Scrum Master responsibilities, managing backlogs, releases, sprint execution, stakeholder coordination, delivery governance, platform health, integrations, technical debt, and continuous improvement. It requires 5+ years of experience in product, application, platform, business analysis, delivery leadership, or similar roles, plus 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments, along with enterprise application lifecycle experience.

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years in Product Owner, Application Owner, Platform Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Lead, or similar roles

Experience managing software backlogs and coordinating development teams
Experience working with business stakeholders and technology delivery teams
Experience supporting enterprise applications through full lifecycle management
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent
Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO)
Experience with SaaS, cloud-hosted, or enterprise business platforms
Experience supporting insurance, risk services, loss control, premium audit, or field operations platforms
Familiarity with application modernization and platform transformation initiatives
