RSM is hiring an Application Penetration Tester – Offensive Security Testing (Sr. Associate) for its Security and Privacy Risk Consulting group. The role leads and supervises application security assessments, including manual web application and system penetration testing plus SAST and DAST, collaborates with clients across cloud and development technology stacks, develops security guidance and remediation recommendations, communicates findings, and mentors engagement staff. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in code review, application security testing, or web application development, strong web security and programming expertise, cloud security knowledge, and familiarity with tools and technologies such as AWS, Docker, Terraform, Java, Python, React, GraphQL, JSON, and REST. The role operates on a rotational shift.
