Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Several years of experience in application support, with a strong understanding of SDLC.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of Linux, UNIX, Windows, and databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
Experience with AI-powered monitoring platforms (Datadog Watchdog, Dynatrace Davis, New Relic AI).
Understanding of machine-learning concepts relevant to operations: anomaly detection, forecasting, pattern recognition.
Ability to evaluate and integrate LLM-based tools into support workflows (incident summarization, RCA assistance, runbook automation).
Familiarity with AIOps frameworks and automated remediation pipelines.
