The University of Washington’s Office of Admissions is hiring multiple seasonal Application Processors to support the processing of over 60,000 first-year applications for the Autumn 2027 class. The role involves reviewing and entering applicant data, verifying complete files, evaluating minimum requirements, calculating GPAs, and processing 150+ applications per day. Candidates will receive approximately three weeks of remote training, work remotely from November 9 through January 29, and travel to UW Seattle for equipment pickup and return. The position pays $21.70–$23.27 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, one year of admissions or registrar’s office experience, or one year of college education.
