The role focuses on maintaining operational application platforms, supporting production releases, resolving Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, analyzing batch processing, administering servers and application components, and contributing to automation, reliability, and operational improvements. The position requires strong Linux, application architecture, incident-resolution, Bash scripting, SQL, monitoring, ticketing, and ITIL expertise, along with a Master's degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
