Lam Research is hiring a Software Application Engineer to design, architect, develop, test, and enhance enterprise software applications for semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations. The role involves integrating AI, enterprise systems, automation, data platforms, APIs, and cloud technologies; leading proof-of-concept initiatives; guiding development teams; and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders using Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field, at least 8 years of enterprise application development or architecture experience, and 4+ years leading large-scale application programs.
