Saphetor is hiring a full-time Application Scientist, Team Lead to lead and scale its global Application Science team within the commercial organization. The role combines clinical genomics and bioinformatics expertise with team leadership, pre-sales and strategic growth, post-sales delivery, workflow optimization, scientific advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is remote-first, based on a talent pool across Europe, and requires a Master’s or PhD in a relevant life sciences field, leadership experience, clinical genomics expertise, and proficiency in English and Spanish.
