Description
The Application Scientist supports LECO’s existing and prospective customers and sales team by providing instrument application recommendations, technical support, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and training. The role develops analytical methods and validation data, prepares application notes and customer reports, maintains and calibrates instruments, supports quality and ISO compliance, and collaborates with R&D, Product Management, Sales, Service, and Production teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, materials science, or a related scientific field, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, LECO instrumentation software, and LIMS.
