Description
AWS is hiring an Application Security Engineer to validate the security of services, applications, and websites; analyze vulnerabilities; conduct penetration testing; develop security automation and tools; support security training and documentation; and respond to emerging threats. The role requires at least two years of web-protocol and security-remediation experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, and experience writing code or scripts. AWS experience or other cloud experience is preferred. The position is based in Austin, Texas, with a base salary of $136,000 to $184,000 annually.
