Binance is hiring an Application Security Engineer to design secure application architectures, develop security standards, review requirements, implement controls, conduct audits and penetration testing, ensure compliance with standards such as OWASP, research product-specific security risks, communicate recommendations to stakeholders, and mentor development teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field, more than six years of application security or software development experience, strong Web application and Java development knowledge, OWASP and penetration-testing expertise, and bilingual English/Mandarin ability. The position offers a work-from-home arrangement that may vary by business team.
