Kami is hiring a mid-level, full-time Application Security Engineer to actively remediate vulnerabilities and technical debt in its software and cloud infrastructure. The role combines hands-on code-level fixes, legacy and dependency modernization, developer support, security documentation, secure SDLC integration, infrastructure hardening, and automated incident response. Candidates should have 5–8+ years of application security or security engineering experience, strong coding and documentation skills, familiarity with cloud-native and containerized environments, and knowledge of automated security testing tools.
