LEAP is hiring an Application Security Engineer to join its Platform Security Engineering team in a flexible hybrid arrangement based in Sydney. The role focuses on penetration testing across web applications, APIs, and infrastructure; red teaming; threat modeling; code reviews; vulnerability reporting and remediation tracking; third-party testing coordination; and supporting compliance and audit requirements. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, broad penetration-testing experience, strong reporting and communication skills, and preferably relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCP+, CRTO, CRTP, or GPEN.
