Description
Sunbit is hiring an Application Security Engineer to strengthen security across its products, services, and development lifecycle. The role focuses on identifying security gaps, designing and implementing scalable controls, securing APIs and authentication flows, embedding security gates in CI/CD and GitOps workflows, building reusable security tooling, and securing AI-powered features and workloads. The engineer will partner with R&D, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, AI, and IT teams and may contribute to cloud, infrastructure, detection, incident response, and AI security initiatives. The position requires at least five years of hands-on experience in application security, product security, security engineering, DevSecOps, or a related field, along with production application, API, cloud-native, secure development, threat modeling, authentication, authorization, and modern programming experience.
